Sensia supplies you with secure (SSL) online processing of your' payment information. With our system, you receive your own password protected account that has a memory of all your vital information including shipping address, phone number, e-mail account, and preferred payment options. Alternatively, you can order anonymously and opt out of having your information stored for later use.


Ordering and Payment Options

If you have any hesitation about processing your payment information on-line please choose one of the following alternatives listed below. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks and money orders.

  • Fax your order to us at 609.884.6407 (Orders and order inquiries only, please).
    Our on-line system will generate an invoice that you can fax to us. It will calculate taxes (if any), shipping charges, and your total. Just go ahead and process your order online just as you would normally. When you come to select your payment option select "Payment by Mail." You can then proceed to your invoice which you can save, print and fax to us with your payment information or check.

    Or if you prefer to write your own invoice using our printable order form, please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail account, along with the product names and quantities. Total your invoice including applicable tax and shipping charges, then...

    Our store hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time during the Winter and Spring; hours are extended in the warmer months. If you are calling after store hours you may leave a message with your name and phone number along with a good time to reach you (in your time zone) and we will return your call as soon as possible.

    If the whole idea of catalog ordering just gives you the willies and you prefer the personal touch of our charismatic staff, by all means stop by and shop in person! You can smell the candles, incense, and oils for yourself as well as sample any of the titles in our musical database which we would be happy to play for you. We also carry many fine arts and crafts in our store that we do not offer online.

Shipping Information, Methods and Delivery

Shipping Options
All orders shipped within 24 hours; excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays. In the event of a backorder, customers are notified via email within 24 hours.

UPS Ground Delivery

Sensia's UPS and Priority Mail shipping offers dependable, low-cost ground delivery for only $6.95 per order. Orders over $125.00 ship free (Ground Service only ~expedited delivery available at an additional charge).

  • UPS Guaranteed day of delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

  • Orders requesting "Ground" delivery must be received by 10 AM EST, in order to receive same day shipping; otherwise the package will ship the next business day.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)
    Ground delivery time depends on how many zones the package must travel from our store in Cape May, NJ.
    The US has 8 continental zones, which may require up to a 7 day
    delivery time.

3 Day Delivery

UPS 3 Day Delivery offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery.

  • UPS Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states

  • Orders requesting "3 Day" delivery must be received by 7 am. EST, three business days before the package is to be delivered. For example, 2nd Day orders placed by 7 AM EST on Monday will be delivered by the end of the business day on Thursday.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)

2nd Day Delivery


UPS "Second Day " delivery
is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

  • UPS Guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second business day.

  • Orders requesting "2nd Day" delivery must be received by 7 am EST, two business days before the package is to be delivered. For example, 2nd Day Air orders placed by 7 AM EST on Monday will be delivered by the end of the business day on Wednesday.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)

Next Day Delivery


UPS Guaranteed "Next Day Air" overnight delivery by 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location.

  • Saturday delivery is available for an an addition $12.50 fee. Arrangements for Saturday delivery must be made via telephone at 1-800-777-8027
  • Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit
  • Orders requesting Next Day Air Delivery must be received by 10 AM EST, the day before the package is to be delivered. For example, Next Day Air orders placed by 10 AM EST on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, orders placed after 10 AM will deliver on Wed.

  • We are happy to be able to offer you a Flat Shipping Rate of $6.95 for any size order, anywhere within the continental United States. In order to take advantage of this convenience, just choose "Ground" as your method of shipping while completing your order form. Flat rate orders are occasionally shipped via US Priority Mail at Sensia's discretion. Orders over $125. Shipped Free (Applies to Ground shipping only).

  • Non-Continental Orders will be shipped via US Mail or UPS. Just use our online ordering system and choose "Flat Rate UPS Ground" as your ship method. We will then calculate the shipping charge for you based on the size and weight of your order, and email you with the shipping cost. Once you approve the ship cost, your order can be processed. Applies to the domestic US and its territories ONLY.
  • UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate "street" address if you have only provided a PO Box address on the order form.
  • In the event that the carrier has to return your package because they were unable to deliver it due to incorrect address information and/or customer failure to pick up package, we have the right to charge that customer the necessary reshipping fees.
  • Some International orders require payment in the form of an international money order in US $ funds. Due to recent changes in payment methods, we are no longer able to accept credit card payments for some international orders. We will notify you if your payment method needs to be changed. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for international orders.
  • APO addresses and non-continental US orders: We do ship to APO and US territory addresses via US Mail. Your shipping method will be automatically changed from UPS when we process your order.

    Shipping Methods and Expected Delivery. All shipping rates are determined according the class and weight of your order. All weights are rounded up to the next pound. The estimated cost is totaled using the weight of the order, regular or oversized box, and how many zones it must travel from our store in Cape May, NJ. *The US has 8 continental zones, which may take 7-10 days to deliver to the West Coast via ground. FYI-Delivery companies do not operate regular services on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays. We offer a variety of shipping methods which you can choose from in the final phases of placing your order online


Backordered Items
  • If one or more item on your order is out of stock we will backorder it/them, and ship the remaining order. Backordered items will be sent to you once they arrive at no additional shipping charge via US Mail or UPS.



Return Policy
  • SENSIA RETURN POLICY
     We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any product can be returned if you are not happy with it in accordance to our policy. *Please just make sure that all returned products are in their original condition and not used. Returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 30days of purchase. When we receive your return and verify that it is in it's original condition, we will return your money in the payment form that you used to make your order. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

    CD's are also fully returnable providing that the outer wrapping is not removed.

    Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days upon the arrival of your package.

    If you have a special circumstance (i.e. birthday gift to be given in 6 weeks) just let us know when you make your purchase so that we can extend your return time. To notify us when ordering online, please include the date you wish to extend your return time in the "Special Instructions" comment field of the Payment Information Page. If you are ordering by another means (Phone or Fax) please be sure to explain your situation to the sales clerk or make the proper notation.


Gift Wrapping

Free Gift Wrap

  • Is there anything on your order that is a gift?
    We can Gift Wrap it for you at no extra charge! When you come to the Payment Information screen, specify which items in your cart are to be gift wrapped in the Special Instructions comment field. It's as easy as that!
    Please note that gift wrapping may delay your ship time by up to 48 hours.

Print Catalog Requests
  • We are sorry to say that we do not have a print catalog at this time. Your best bet is to browse our web site; there you can see full color pictures of the products as well as descriptions and prices. We have a blank order form that you can print out to fill in by hand at your leisure, then mail or fax as you would with a print catalog.
