Shipping Information, Methods and Delivery

Shipping Options
All orders shipped within 24 hours; excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays.
In the event of a backorder, customers are notified via email within 24 hours.

UPS Ground Delivery

Sensia's UPS and Priority Mail shipping offers dependable, low-cost ground delivery for only $7.95 per order. Orders over $125.00 ship free (Ground shipping only).

  • UPS Guaranteed day of delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

  • Orders requesting "Ground" delivery must be received by 9:30 AM EST, in order to receive same day shipping; otherwise the package will ship the next business day.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)
    Ground delivery time depends on how many zones the package must travel from our store in Cape May, NJ.
    The US has 8 continental zones, which may require up to a 7 day
    delivery time.

3 Day Delivery

UPS 3 Day Delivery offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery.

  • UPS Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states

  • Orders requesting "3 Day" delivery must be received by 9:30 AM EST, three business days before the package is to be delivered. For example, 2nd Day orders placed by 7 AM EST on Monday will be delivered by the end of the business day on Thursday.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)

2nd Day Delivery


UPS "Second Day " delivery
is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

  • UPS Guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second business day.

  • Orders requesting "2nd Day" delivery must be received by 9:30 AM EST, two business days before the package is to be delivered. For example, 2nd Day Air orders placed by 7 AM EST on Monday will be delivered by the end of the business day on Wednesday.
    (Please note that UPS and Fedex do not count Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays.)

Next Day Delivery

UPS Guaranteed "Next Day Air" overnight delivery by 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location.

  • Saturday delivery is available for an an addition $12.50 fee. Arrangements for Saturday delivery must be made via telephone at 1-800-777-8027
  • Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit
  • Orders requesting Next Day Air Delivery must be received by 9:30 AM EST, the day before the package is to be delivered. For example, Next Day Air orders placed by 9:30 AM EST on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, orders placed after 9:30 AM will deliver on Wed.

  • We are happy to be able to offer Flat Shipping Rate at $7.95 for any size order, anywhere within the continental United States. In order to take advantage of this convenience, just choose "Ground" as your method of shipping while completing your order form. Flat rate orders are occasionally shipped via US Priority Mail at Sensia's discretion. Orders over $125. Shipped Free (Ground shipping only).

  • Non-continental orders will be shipped US Priority Mail.  Choose "UPS Ground" as your ship method, and we will will contact you via email with the shipping cost based on the size and weight of your order. When you approve the shipping cost, we will process and ship your order. This applies to the non-contiguous states and US Territories only.

  • UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate "street" address if you have only provided a PO Box address on the order form.

  • In the event that your packaged is returned due to incorrect address or the customer's failure to pick up package, we reserve to right to assess additional shipping costs for delivery.

  • APO addresses and non-continental US orders: We are pleased to offer delivery to APO addresses and US Territories via Priority Mail. Your shipping method will be automatically changed from UPS Ground when we process your order.

  • International orders - International orders ares shipped via US Airmail. Shipping and handling fees vary due to size weight and destination. We cannot guarantee against the risk of loss or non-delivery, customs fees and customs delays. You are provided with a tracking number and inquires to postal authorities regarding loss or damage are the customer's responsibility. Returns - We are unable to accept returns from our international customers, unless it was a result of a shipping error. In this instance, we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately. Cancellations - All orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once processed, cancellation is not possible. Duties and Taxation - Sensia is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues - while we guarantee that your order will be shipped as described in the order confirmation e-mail, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the estimated time frame. Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they deem warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These delays are not the responsibility of Sensia and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards your order, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and Sensia will not issue a replacement or refund.

    Shipping Methods and Expected Delivery. All shipping rates are determined according the class and weight of your order. All weights are rounded up to the next pound. The estimated cost is totaled using the weight of the order, regular or oversized box, and how many zones it must travel from our store in Cape May, NJ. *The US has 8 continental zones, which may take 7-10 days to deliver to the West Coast via ground. FYI-Delivery companies do not operate regular services on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays. We offer a variety of shipping methods which you can choose from in the final phases of placing your order online


Backordered Items

  • If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, will will backorder it and ship the rest of your merchandise. Backorders will be shipped at no additional cost via Priority Mail or UPS.



Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any product can be returned if you are not happy with it in accordance to our policy. *Please just make sure that all returned products are in their original condition and not used. Returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. When we receive your return and verify that it is in it's original condition, we will issue a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

    Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days of recieving your order.

    If you have a special circumstance (i.e. birthday gift for a later date) just let us know when you make your purchase and we'll extend your return date.


Gift Wrapping

  • We will be happy to gift wrap for you at no additional charge!  Simply make a note in the "Special Instructions" field on your order. Gift wrap may delay your order for 24 hours.

  • We do not offer a print catalog. Peruse our site, call us with questions or visit us in person! Orders can be placed online, by phone, or can be mailed or faxed to us using our handy Printable Order Form.
